HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!
We are still experiencing serious network issues. Our technical guys promise us they’re doing their best to resolve it. I picture them lying in hammocks with beers in one hand and Doritos in the other. If the network goes down again we’ll know I was right. In which case angry worded letters will be written and rear ends will be kicked. – Kiran
Today I’m pretending I can’t tell the difference between 5 and 7, Zebbie is composing his My First Symphony masterpiece, “Giraffes Are Awesome”, Elmo just spent forty bucks on a new tribute T-shirt to “The View” and Miao Miao is making us Kung Pao Chicken Sandwiches for lunch. – Kiran
You may notice something different about us today. No, not a haircut. In preparation for my photo shoot next week with ‘The Angelina Jolie of Greece’, I called a friend, who has this friend, who has a friend and totally scored a collagen lip plumping treatment. – Kiran
Remember when Dad and I debuted the ‘child-as-accessory’ thing last winter? Having an actual kid draped around your arms is clearly the most fabulous accoutrement since the fedora. – Kiran
Sorry for the lack of new photos and posts here at Kiran’s World as we are currently transferring our database to a new hard drive. We’re aware that there are still a few unresolved issues, but rest assured that our tech team is working diligently to address them. On the less diligent side, nobody is doing anything about our servers, which hinders our ability to post anything approximating a timely schedule. If you are actually reading this post, it is a bloggy Christmas miracle. – Kiran
POP QUIZ
Is it: A) part of tonight’s dinner; B) part of my wardrobe; C) its own entity; or D) none of the above. – Kiran
FASHION FORWARD
Yesterday’s Party Ensemble: 1. A blender as chapeau (the glass canister forming a crown atop my head); 2. Hexagonal patterned suspenders (It’s so ironic that irony itself is ironized. What? Did I just type ‘ironized’?); 3. Men’s slacks (used); 4. Pumas (natch). – Kiran
I think our next documentary should be any place where the tiny buffalo roam free, so that we can film them in their tiny natural habitat. I’d have to go with the Bahamas as the place most likely to have midget buffalo. – Kiran
‘Yo, you gotta check out my collection of obscure Belgium techno mastermixes. On limited edition vinyl, I might add.’ – Kiran
