When Mom takes care of me, my day is pretty structured. Dad on the other hand likes to go with the flow. So sometimes, if Dad’s taking care of me you’ll find me sleeping akimbo, like here, on the couch. – Kiran

Is my Kong-Kong (that’s Grandpa to you) going to visit my blog today? – Kiran
When people ask me which thumb I prefer to suck, I just bust it out: BAM! Two hands in the mouth. Sometimes when I want to change it up I do two hands and a toe. I’m super-flexible that way thanks to Reggie my Pilates instructor. (Yo Reggie! You rock!) – Kiran
A HARD DAY AT THE BLOG
“Alright everyone…let’s try to wrap this photo shoot up for the blog as quickly as possible today. I’ve got an appointment with a bottle and a carrot puree in like, 10 minutes, followed by a diaper change and a power nap with Mr. Froggie so let’s roll the camera people.”
“Okay, now wait a minute. I was so not prepared for that shot. Can I at least get a “1, 2, 3, CHEESE!” countdown? Thank you. Ooooo-kay, one more time people. This one’s a keeper.”
“NO, NO, NO…we need the number 7 soft filter lense to give me that ethereal glow. And where’s the ‘Big Softie’ light stand? WHAT?! What do you mean Shiloh Jolie-Pitt has all the ‘Big Softie’ lights at her photo shoot today?”
“Oh that is it! My milk is cold, my diaper’s a mess and Mr. Froggie’s power napping without me. A big star like me shouldn’t have to put up with this you know……Oh yea? Well you bet you’re going to be hearing from my people about this. MOOOOOOM!”
This is my Bumbo chair. Sometimes when I sit in it I’m thinking “I’m the King! I’m the King!” Te he he. – Kiran
I’m still trying to get the hang of this whole eating solids thing…but don’t these carrot facials make my skin look fabulous?
And here’s a special shout out to my Dad who is working very very very hard in Wisconsin: Hi Dad! I miss you soooo much. Come home soon so I can show you my latest trick – I can suck my toes! – Kiran
We are leaving for Vancouver on August 14th, so Dad took my passport photo. I know ID photos are never really flattering, but honestly, is my head really that big? – Kiran
This is my Po-Po. (Hi Po-Po!) That’s Cantonese for Grandma. She comes to visit me every day. (Just between you and me: I think I’m her favorite.) – Kiran
Dad left last night from the San Diego International Airport for a business trip to Wisconsin so Mom drove me home. Mom’s driving scares me. (But don’t tell Mom.) – Kiran
My Aunt Jamie spent the day with us on Saturday. (Hi Auntie Jamie!). She and I both agree that the costumes this year were not very impressive. And to the ladies out there: “No more Chun-Lee/Sailor Moon costumes. Ho-ley shoot! Take it to the next level and dress up as Electra Woman or Dyna Girl. Old school – that’s what I’m talkin’ about.” – Kiran
It’s important to scrutinize your comic book purchases, as I am doing here, or else you get stuck with comics like “Hamster Haiku”. Don’t laugh – my Mom bought that for $6 dollars. SIX DOLLARS! Can you believe it? – Kiran
Here’s Dad and I in the Convention Hall checking out the booty. Hay, hay, hay….I mean comic booty. – Kiran
Here I am with Dad discussing the merits of “The Spectacular Spiderman” comic book series versus “The Amazing Spiderman” comic book series while Mom took a break. She carried me around in her arms for most of the day. Now she’s been kissing her biceps and calling them her “Guns”. Can someone make her stop doing that? – Kiran
Back at the W Hotel, Dad and I unwind and watch “The Backyardigans” on Nickelodeon. – Kiran
Ahhhhhh! Bathing after a long day is the best. Here I am waiting for my masseuse. (“Mooooooom! Where’s my rub down?”) – Kiran
