Now I know how folks in Finland feel; now that a chilly, 48-degree day has put a spring in my step. So the most pressing question is: “How to keep warm?” I’m considering vacationing in Hawaii to defrost. Or buying a luxury penthouse. Heat rises, no? – Shaan

What’s everyone up to today? Well, Shaan’s already read two Jackie Collins books this morning and Elmo is planning to break into the music industry as an Arabic belly-dancing version of Eminem, while Sheff and I while away the hours doing neck crunches. – Kiran

Sorry for the delay this morning, but, well, my Sugar Addicts Anonymous group ran a little late. We were all talking about our feelings and suddenly I was crying, and some guy named Herb was holding my hand and I was so not ready to open up to him…but, like, you know. I had to gather myself together and that kind of, um, took some time. – Shaan

Hopefully all the extra pounds we accrued eating our trick or treat booty will be gone today…after our extra hour of sleep! Yes! Today’s that whole “Fall Back” holiday. But really, it’s an hour to sweat and drool out all the Snickers bars we ate last night. – Kiran
