Mr. Potatohead is a total myopia poseur. See these? He doesn’t need these glasses. Look at the right side of my head where the glasses stick out: The contour of my skull is undistorted by the lens, meaning that it’s not a corrective lens. And the only thing worse than somebody with perfect vision who pretends to be a nerd (since true 20/20 nerds do not exist) is somebody with perfect vision who pretends to be a nerd BY WEARING GLASSES HE DOESN’T NEED, thereby cheapening the symbolic resonance for the true sightless nerds of the world.
