Diwali (“Festival of Lights”) is a major Hindu celebration symbolizing the victory of good over evil and lamps are lit as a sign of celebration and hope for mankind. Diwali is celebrated for five consecutive days at the end of the Hindu month of Ashwayuja. It usually occurs in October or November, and is one of the most popular and eagerly awaited festivals in India.

This year is an extra special Diwali. Why? Because its my very first Diwali. Te he he. So on behalf of Mr. Microsoft Mouse and myself: Happy Diwali Everyone! – Kiran
